Electrical installations deteriorate with age and use, so regular inspection and testing should be carried out to check whether their condition is satisfactory. These checks are referred to as 'periodic inspection and testing' and our approved electricians will check the electrical condition to BS 7671 IET Wiring Regulations. Once completed an Electrical Condition Report will be issued.
